2. Server log files

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server, which is temporarily stored: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). Data is deleted after a maximum of 14 days.

3. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. They are required to provide the basic functions of the website and are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. There is no tracking or reach measurement by third parties.

5. Fonts (Google Fonts, locally embedded)

Fonts are delivered locally via the Next.js framework. There is no connection to Google servers. Your IP address is not transmitted to Google.

6. Hosting

Our website is hosted with a service provider in the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) per Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
